The present invention relates to a system and a method for secure transmission of personal identification information. The system includes: a user terminal (100) requesting a service that a user desires; a mobile communications terminal (200) decoding and outputting received encoded personal identification information; and a request service providing server (300) encoding the personal identification information and transmitting the encoded personal identification information to the mobile communications terminal (200), thereby preventing a public key of the user from being released or counterfeited in advance.
