The invention relates to a sonic magnetostrictive motor with electronic driving module, with application in the field of micro-drives, sonicity, mechatronics, especially in the applications where there are requested high forces simultaneously with short displacements, in the fuel injection for high power thermal motors, in robotics and space industry. According to the invention, the motor consists of a sub-assembly (a) comprising a magnetic bias coil (1) excited with a PWM voltage U2, by a power amplifying block of the magnetic bias coil, a subassembly (b) consisting of an activating coil (3) excited with a PWM voltage U1, by a power amplifying block of the activating coil, a sub-assembly (c) comprising a cylindrical-shaped active magnetostrictive core (5), fixed to a higher fixing pivot (6) which takes over the reciprocating movement from the active magnetostrictive core (5), a lower fixing pivot (7), a pre-tensioning spring (8) which enables the mechanic bias and a cylindrical-shaped permanent magnet (9), which enables the magnetic bias together with the magnetic bias coil (1). |
