PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and environment-friendly cleaning method not using a cleaning agent or a rinse agent, which is optimum for cleaning plating or the like as general cleaning, by generating simultaneously electrodissolution and ultrasonic cleaning by a bubble breaking shock wave or the like.SOLUTION: Gas passing through a filter 103 and charged by a super-magnetic field charging device 104, and general service water are introduced into a microbubble generation device 105 (gas-liquid mixing ejector) to form a cleaning functional water by charged microbubble press fitting, and the cleaning functional water is supplied into cleaning object liquid 102 and stirred, to thereby remove dirt in the cleaning object liquid by carrying out adsorption floating thereof by the charged microbubble.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
