The present invention provides a reel supporting device (1) that is used in combination with a feeder device (9) and that supports a plurality of component supplying reels (81, 82) so as to be rotatable and replaceable. The reel supporting device comprises: a case (2) that houses the plurality of component supplying reels side by side in the direction of a reel axis (AX); an outer periphery supporting member (41, 42, 51, 52) that spans between two side walls (31, 32) of the case and rotatably supports the outer peripheries of the plurality of component supplying reels; and a deviation preventing member (43, 53) that prevents the component supplying reels from deviating from the outer periphery supporting member. The outer periphery supporting member and/or the deviation preventing member is an integrated rod-shaped member that spans between the two side walls. Due to this configuration, there is no risk of a reel flange (84) becoming pinched between rollers as in the prior art, the component supplying reels are stably and rotatably supported and a component storage tape can be fed with certainty. |
