PURPOSE:To stop a driven substance at a specified position independently of the travel speed, in the case of moving the substance a specified range by an ultrasonic motor being a driving source. CONSTITUTION:As the relation between the travel of a driven substance and voltage value obtained by accumulating a voltage signal produced by a piezoelectric element during that travel is constant, an integrator 5 is provided to receive the voltage signal generated by the piezoelectric element as input and to output a motor stop signal when the integrated value of its voltage reaches specified value.
