PURPOSE:To prevent breakage such as chipping and crack of parts to be conveyed by providing a separation moving plate which can move substantially in the horizontal direction under a chute and is provided with a plurality of grooves at equal intervals and providing a plurality of discharge bars which can enter the grooves in correspondence to each groove. CONSTITUTION:Initially, a separation moving plate 10 is at a position where it is retreated in B direction, and discharge bars 30 fixed on a support plate 32 are also at positions where they are retreated from a plurality of grooves 12 provided in the separation moving pate 10. When the separation moving plate 10 is advanced in A direction from this condition, cores 2 are dropped into the grooves 12 through a chute 50 one by one. When the cores 2 enter all the grooves 12, the separation moving plate 10 is stopped. When the discharge bars 30 protrude into the grooves 12, each core 2 is pushed out of the groove 12, and each core 2 is sent to a next process all at once. Then, the separation moving plate 10 is retreated in B direction while the discharge bars 30 remain in the grooves 12, and the discharge bars 30 are retreated from the grooves 12 for standby for the next take-out work. |
