PURPOSE: A method for disposing of a three way call after handoff in a personal communication exchange system is provided to enable the third call with the existing party by making a phone call also to the third subscriber after handoff of a mobile subscriber subscribed for a supplementary service in an exchange system. CONSTITUTION: A method for disposing of a three way call after handoff in a personal communication exchange system includes the following steps. A call request is sent to a called subscriber in 302. The call request is received by a handoff disposing unit of a serving exchange in 304. Trunk information, signal link information and a call request message are transmitted to an exchange interface unit of the serving exchange in 306. the exchange interface unit of the serving exchange transmits the call request message to an exchange interface unit of an anchor exchange in 308. A handoff disposing unit of the anchor exchange receives the call request message in 310.
