PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicating instrument for making uniform incidence light on the rotary base part of a light-emission indicator. SOLUTION: Each of light sources 82 are provided between both cylindrical bodies 62 and 63 with a gap on the surface of a circuit substrate 70 in the opening of a low wall 62a of the cylindrical body 62, and each of the light sources 82 emits light toward the reverse side of a rotary base part 24a of an emitting indicator 20. A light-guiding member 100 is located between both the cylinders 62 and 63 in its member body 101, and is seated on and engaged by a flange 102 with the outer-periphery part of an opening 11 of a dial plate 20a. Also, the member body 101 is provided with each convex lens part 101b, and each convex lens part 101b is raised for formation in the shape of the convex lens from the bottom surface of the member body 101 toward a lower portion. In this case, each convex lens part 101b is located opposite to each of the light sources 82.
