PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind mounting frame capable of solving such a fault that the conventional blind is usually mounted at the indoor window to make solar shading, however, that most of quantity of solar heat enters a room. SOLUTION: The blind mounting frame is so constituted that blind mounting sections used for bearing covers 2 of a storing section 3 are fixed with screws 5, mounting plates 9 having holes for the blind mounting frame are fixed to a wall with screws 7, metal fittings for putting a bar on blind guide sections 4 so as to use the bar for hanging out the washing to dry are mounted when a blind is not used, the fittings are removed when there is no washing to dry and that the width of a groove 10 for the blind guide section is slightly wider than that of a slat.
