摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for cooling an on-vehicle electrical component, which eliminates necessity for providing an extra radiator and reduces the sizes by means of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A cooling water flow path 18 constituting the flow path of cooling water in a drive system cooling system is arranged via a heat exchange member 16 on a refrigerant tank 14, which is encapsulated refrigerants for boiling and cooling and cools an electrical component 30a with the heat of vaporization of the refrigerant for boiling. In this way, the refrigerants for boiling and cooling vaporized in the tank 14 are cooled with the cooling water in the flow path 18 and can be liquefied. As a result, there is no need to specially provide a radiator for liquefying the refrigerants for boiling and cooling, and the whole device can be miniaturized.
