PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a stroke change while maintaining high speed operation, high repeatability and durability in a PPU using a cam. SOLUTION: A structure where a turning movement of a lever 11 following a rotation of the cam 4 slides an X arm 31 has a stroke changing guide 20 with one journaled end. The guide 20 engages with a linear guide block 16 movable on a linear guide rail 15 mounted on the lever 11, and the linear guide block 16 moved by the turning movement of the lever 11 moves the X arm 31. A change in the inclination angle of the stroke changing guide 20 adjusts the stroke of the X arm 31.
