PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device structured to execute highly amusing presentation with the lighting device, which can be mounted on a center ornament, etc., by a simple structure; and a game machine with the device. SOLUTION: In the lighting device 39, light emitted from LEDs of projection parts 88a-88c is projected in the direction of extension of band-like recesses 89 of reflection areas 45a-45c and in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of bar-like light guide members 43a-43c while the light is emitted in dots from the front ends of the bar-like light guide members 43a-43c with the light emitted from the LEDs.
