PURPOSE: An organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) display and a method for fabricating the same are provided to optimize EL uniformity by forming two or more channels in a TFT for supplying current to a capacitor and an EL device, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(102) is connected to a common gate of the first TFT(112) and the second TFT(114) of a switching portion(110). A data line(104) is connected to the drains of the first and the second TFTs(112,114). A capacitor(130) is connected to sources of the first and the second TFTs(112,114) and an earth. The sources of the first and the second TFTs(112,114) and a connection node of a capacitor are connected to the third and the fourth TFTs(122,124) of a driving portion(120). An organic EL device(140) is connected to drains of the third and the fourth TFTs(122,124). Sources of the third and the fourth TFTs(122,124) are connected to the earth. The gates of the first and the second TFTs(112,114) are formed with amorphous silicon layers or polysilicon layers. The gates of the third and the fourth TFTs(122,124) of the driving portion(120) are formed with the amorphous silicon layers or the polysilicon layers.
