PURPOSE:To analyze the omitted tense of a TAIGEN (the sustentives) termination sentence by analyzing the tense by utilizing the interaction between the tense in a subordinate clause and the tense in a main clause. CONSTITUTION:A TAIGEN termination extraction part 100 checks whether the final word of the sentence ending paragraph of an inputted document excluding a punctuation mark ',' is a noun or not and decides a TAIGEN termination sentence when there is the final word terminating with the noun. When the TAIGEN termination extraction part 110 extracts the TAIGEN termination sentence, a time expression extraction part 120 collates syntax analytic result information on the sentence to be processed with a time expression pattern table 140 and outputs all time expressions together with its classification information. A predicate sentence tense analysis part 130 applies a verb predicate sentence time analysis part 131 for a TAIGEN termination sentence decided as a verb predicate sentence or a noun sentence tense analysis part 132 for a TAIGEN termination sentence decided as a noun predicate sentence to output the result. Further, an analysis is taken by using context information as well. |
