PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector capable of surely restraining electromagnetic noise caused by the operation of an image forming element. SOLUTION: A ground pad 10a is provided at the upper end of an opposed surface to the metallic frame 3A of a circuit board 10 on which a DMD is mounted, and a ground pad 10b is provided at the upper end of the opposed surface to a heat sink 11. An engaging part 20a engaged with the frame 3A and contacting therewith is provided at one end of a gasket plate 20 attached to the frame 3A in such a state that the circuit board 10 and the heat sink 11 are attached, and a recessed part 20c and a protruded part 20b inserted in a gap 19 formed between the heat sink 11 and the circuit board 10 and fit to the upper end of the circuit board 10 and respectively coming into contact with the heat sink 11 and both ground pads 10a and 10b of the circuit board 10 are consecutively provided at the other end thereof. The recessed part 20c is molded to be nearly elliptical and the common side part 20f of the recessed part 20c and the protruded part 20b is swollen to the protruded part 20b side, then the width of the protruded part 20b before fitting is set to be smaller than the thickness of the circuit board 10.
