摘要 <p>A method for amplifying a nucleic acid from blood is provided to increase the nucleic acid amplification efficiency by using a large amount of the blood as a template for PCR reaction solution, thereby capable of efficiently detecting a target nucleic acid existing in the blood such as bacteria or virus. A method for amplifying a nucleic acid comprises the steps of: (a) dialyzing a sample including blood to lower the ion strength of the sample; and (b) performing PCR using the dialyzed blood sample as a template. The step(a) comprises the steps of: (a-1) injecting blood into a dilution compartment including a molecular weight cut-off membrane(20) in at least one wall and a molecular; and (a-2) applying voltage between the membrane to make ion materials move from the dilution compartment to a concentration compartment. The method further comprises a step of electrolyzing the blood before the step(a).</p>
