METHOD FOR RECOVERING LIGAMENTS OF CLAVICLE AND SCAPULA WITH ARTIFICIAL MATERIALS IN DISLOCATION OF ACROMIAL END OF CLAVICLE

A method for recovering the ligaments of the clavicle and the scapula with the artificial materials in the dislocation of the acromial end of the clavicle comprises the exposure of the articular ends of the acromioclavicular joint, the generation of the canals in the clavicle and the acromial process of the scapula. The ribbons of the artificial materials are then passed through the canals generated. The dislocation is set, and the ends of each ribbon are fixed in the tightened position. The acromioclavicular and coracoclavicular ligaments are tailored separately. The canals in the acromial process of the clavicle are generated transversely one relative to another. The canals in the acromialprocess of the scapula are generated from the base towards the lower surface of the apes extra-articularly. The knots after the fixation of the ends of ribbons are placed in the anterior-inferior surface of the clavicle and the external surface of the base of acromial process. The free ends of the ribbons are sewed together and sutured to the underlying soft tissues.
