METHOD AND SYSTEM AND NETWORK ELEMENT FOR SERVICE PROCESSING AFTER NETWORK ELEMENT DATA INVALIDATED AND OCCURRING FAULT

A method, system and network element for service processing, after network element data are invalidated, network element occurs fault. When a calling terminal sends service request message to a service network element of network, and the user data of calling terminal stored in the service network element are invalidated, the data-invalidated message is sent to the calling terminal. When the service network element receives service request message from network, which is initiated by the called terminal and the user data invalidates, the service network element returns the data-invalidated message of the called terminal to the network. A method and system for returning user data, and Home Subscriber Server (HSS), Serving Call Session Control Function (S-CSCF), include: HSS receives the user data request message of S-CSCF, the request message comprising the user ID; HSS interrogates the S-CSCF assigned to the user according to the user ID; when the S-CSCF assigned is the S-CSCF requested, HSS returns the user data according to the request message. When the network element registered including the user data occurs abnormity and the user registering data are invalidated, the unusable time of the user service could be shorted, and the user service fast are could be restored.
