A reduction and thermal treatment apparatus of a molybdenum metal is provided to pre-heat a mold before sintering the mold, using heaters, and to reduce impurities, thereby reducing power consumption and increasing production. A reduction and thermal treatment apparatus(10) of molybdenum metal comprises a transfer part(20), a preheating and forming zone(30), a heating part(40), and a cooling part(50). The transfer part includes a conveyer belt(25), and a driving motor(22). The conveyer belt has a transfer roller(27) or a plurality of idlers. The free heating and forming zone includes a mixer. A plurality of heaters(32) are made of metal heating elements for heating a mixture.
