The device has clamps (130, 140) crossed by a screw (150), where an external surface (133) of the clamp (130) is formed by a conical surface, whose large base is placed at a side of periphery of the clamp (130). The external surface is inclined at an angle (alpha) with respect to a plane perpendicular to a symmetry axis (101). The inverse tangent of the angle is equal to ratio of maximal clearance (E) at the periphery of the clamps to a distance (L) between a support zone (132) and the periphery of the clamps. The zone forms a lug near a sealing ring (160) before locking the screw.
