PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign for a grating simple in structure and low in cost. SOLUTION: This sign for the grating comprises a sign member 11, a caulked member 12 which is composed of a bent stainless steel plate and in which a hole 12b is formed at the center, a hexagon head bolt 13, and a washer 14. The sign member 11 has a sign surface 11a on which a sign is drawn, and a female screw 11b is provided at the other side of the sign surface 11a. When the hexagon head bolt 13 is screwed into the female screw 11b in a state of being inserted through the caulked member 12, the caulked member 12 is deformed by receiving load-bearing pressure, and caulked between bearing bars 2.
