An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a driver monitoring camera sensing a driving state of a driver; a careless determination unit receiving the driving state of the driver from the driver monitoring camera to determine whether or not there is careless driving of the driver; a control unit outputting a control signal when the driving state of the driver is determined to be careless in the careless determination unit; and a warning output unit receiving the control signal outputted from the control unit to output a warning signal to the driver.
