The present invention relates to a functional mat (1) for assisting a baby to sleep well. The present invention provides the functional mat (1) configured to comprise: a mat body (10) made of a cushion material and supporting the body of the baby; and a pair of wings (20a, 20b). The pair of the wings (20a, 20b) are connected to both sides of the mat body (10) in the longitudinal direction of the mat body (10) and made of a cushion material. In addition, the length of a body connection unit connected to the mat body (10) is longer than that of the width of a wing sleeve unit, a coupling unit is installed in the wing sleeve unit of each of the wings, and each of the wings is coupled to or decoupled from the opposite side wing at a position over the mat body by the coupling unit. |
