PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling component capable of stably cooling a heating element, and an information processing device including the cooling component.SOLUTION: A cooling component includes an evaporation unit evaporating liquid-phase working fluid with heat from a heating element. The evaporation unit includes: a steam flow passage extending along the reflux direction of working fluid; a first liquid flow passage recessed on the side surface of the steam flow passage along the longitudinal direction of the steam flow passage, and flowing liquid-phase working fluid supplied from the inlet side of the evaporation unit; and a second liquid flow passage formed between the side surface and a weir part arranged oppositely along the side surface of the steam flow passage, and flowing liquid-phase working fluid outflowing from the first liquid flow passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
