The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) structure forming a precast concrete member with a column and a beam and, more specifically, relates to a PC structure, which secures monolithic ability of a PC column and a PC beam, and induces generation of a plastic hinge in an end portion of the PC beam. According to an appropriate embodiment of the present invention, a precast concrete (PC) structure with a monolithic beam-column connection portion and a location adjustable plastic hinge comprises: a PC hollow column; a PC lattice beam; an upper PC hollow column; and a PC central beam. |
