PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life filtration filter for molten metal having excellent collection performance of an inclusion, and to provide a manufacturing method of the filtration filter for the molten metal.SOLUTION: A filtration filter for molten metal in an embodiment has a cylindrical shape in which the average particle size of aggregate is 200 μm or more and 2,500 μm or less, and the average particle size of the aggregate has no difference between the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side.
