PURPOSE: To allow a user to carry the image pickup device in the 1st or 2nd mode in matching with the purpose of usage. CONSTITUTION: The image pickup device has the 1st mode in which an image display section 46 and an image pickup lens section 47 are placed on almost the same face of the image pickup device and the 2nd mode in which the image display section 46 and the image pickup lens section 47 are placed on the opposite face of the image pickup device. Furthermore, the shape of the image pickup device is nearly the same in the 1st and 2nd modes. |
