PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a caller to repeat redialing by incorporating a voice storage device and storing a message of a caller in the presence of a call request from 3rd party during talking and receiving the message after the end of talking. CONSTITUTION:A trunk line subscriber 2 dials an extension 9 of a PBX 4 via a public network 3. A CC6 informs the busy state to the subscriber 2 via the public network 3 and stores the message to the storage device 7. When the CC6 is in on-hook, the content of the storage device is informed to the called party 9.
