PURPOSE:To prevent the distortion and deformation of substrates by providing one hole or notch to a substrate, and adhering two sheets of the substrates. CONSTITUTION:The notch 1 or hole 2 is provided to at least one sheet of the substrate; for example, the disk substrate 3 of two sheets of the substrates formed with a recording layer for making information recording by laser light on one sheet of the substrate and after the adhesive agent is coated to the outer periphery and inner periphery of one sheet of the substrate, the substrate having the notch or hole is superposed on the other substrate via a spacer interposed therebetween. The substrate are then pressurized from the outside thereof and the adhesive agent is cured by heat curing, two-pack curing, UV curing, etc. The air entrapped in the hollow part between the substrates is released from the hole or the notch to the outside without being compressed and the distortion and deformation of the substrates are prevented at the time of superposing the substrates and adhering the same by applying the pressure thereto from the outside.
