PURPOSE: To obtain a conjugate fiber material suitable for various kinds of filters, etc., because of excellent dust removability, and especially useful for bag filter for difficult dust-collection. CONSTITUTION: A nonwoven fabric consisting of an ethylene- chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer is prepared by mutually binding fibers 1 having an average fiber diameter of >=1μm and <=10μm and has weight per unit area of >=10g/m<2> and <=50g/m<2> . The objective conjugate fiber material is obtained by laminating the nonwoven fabric on a fiber material 4 other than the nonwoven fabric. The lamination surfaces are bound to each other by intermittent binding spots 2.
