MANUFACTURE OF METAL CAP WITH BRAZING FILLER METAL FRAME

PURPOSE:Te reduce men-hours and to improve efficiency in menufacturing the titled metal cap by superposing a blanked beltlike member on beltlike metal for a metal cap to integrate these and cutting the integrated beltlike metal and the beltlike member to the prescribed dimensions and carrying out a series of stages continuously. CONSTITUTION:The beltlike member 22 taken out from a brazing filler metal reel 20 is fed into a press machine 24 and blanked in a laddle-shape where brazing filler metal frames are connected continuously and fed into rolling rollers 26. On the other hand, the beltlike metal 30 taken out from a reel 28 is also fed into the rolling rolls 26. The beltlike member 22 and the beltlike metal 30 fed into the rolling rolls 26 are rolled and integrated here. The integrated beltlike member 22 and beltlike metal 30 are fed into a cutting press machine 32 and cut at the prescribed position to obtain the metal cap 34 with the brazing filler metal frame of a simple substance.
