PURPOSE:To obtain the subject spherical granule of chlorprenaline.hydrochloric acid having improved adhesion and coagulation properties, easy to handle and capable of directly granulating by dissolving chlorprenaline.hydrochloric acid in a good solvent, adding the resultant solution to an insoluble solvent for dispersion and subsequently drying both the solvents. CONSTITUTION:Chlorprenaline.hydrochloric acid is dissolved in a good solvent (water, methanol, DMSO, etc.) and the resultant solution is poured into an in soluble solvent for dispersion followed by drying both the solvents. As the insoluble solvent, a solvent having <=6.7mg/ml solubility of chlorprenaline.hydrochloric, e.g. chloroform, dichloromathane, acetone, etc., are exemplified. |
