PURPOSE:To prevent a disc from causing a transfer deviation due to quenching with an outer atmosphere when a mold is released by providing a covering container covering the surroundings of molds holding a cavity space between them when a disc is injection-molded by using the molds with a stamper and molding and mold-releasing are performed. CONSTITUTION:A cavity space A is formed by a fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 6 placed by facing each other. A stamper 7 is fixed at the front of the movable mold 2. When molding and mold-releasing of a disc is performed, metal cylinders 21a and 21b as a covering container are provided under a condition where the surroundings of the fixed mold 1 and the movable mold 6 holding the cavity space A between them is covered. When the disc 19 is injection- molded and it is released from the surface of a stamper 7, the disc 19 is not exposed to the outer atmosphere, and it is not quenched thereby no temp. difference occurs between the released face of the stamper 7 and the disc face in contact with it, transfer deviation is eliminated. The covering container may be bellows type and if temp. control is performed by providing a heater inside, a more effect can be expected. |
