PURPOSE:To provide a method which makes it possible to form a semi-cut line indicating the sticking position of a tube for an inside bag at the same time when an outside box blank is punched to facilitate confirming the sticking position of a tube for an inside bag by means of the semi-cut line in the step of sack sticking for a bag-in-box. CONSTITUTION:In the preparation of an outside box blank 10 of a bag-in-box, semi-cut lines 41, 42 for confirming the sticking position of a tube for an inside bag consisting of three lines (an upper limit line, a standard line, and a lower limit line) are formed at the both upper sides of a closing plate 18 placed on the roof connected to the upper end of a left side plate 13 of the blank 10. Three semi-cut lines 43, 44 for confirming the sticking position of the tube for the inside bag are formed at the both lower sides of a closing plate 23 placed on the bottom connected to the lower end of the left side plate 13. The blank is mounted on a sack sticking machine, and the tube 50 for the inside bag is placed on the left side plate 13 and a front plate 14. The tube is stuck, folded, and sack-stuck. The sticking position of the tube for the inside bag is inspected visually using the semi-cut lines 41-44 to check a off-spec product. |
