PURPOSE:To obtain the subject inhibitor useful as a human interleukin-6 activity inhibitor, containing an anti-sense oligonucleotide derivative against human interleukin-6 receptor (human IL-6R) as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:This manifestation inhibitor contains, as active ingredient, an anti-sense oligonucleotide derivative hydrodized with the region of a consecutive 9 to 30 base sequence containing a translation-initiating codon for mRNA coding human IL-6R. |
