PURPOSE: To improve usability and security of report on transmitted result by automatically notifying the sender and the recipient of the reception of facsimile. CONSTITUTION: When the registration of reporting destination information is requested from a telephone set 15, a call originating side telephone exchange system 1 receives that request through a voice recognizing device 12 and stores call originating side and call incoming side facsimile numbers, reporting destination telephone number and name or the like in a storage device 14. Afterwards, a facsimile call originating request is generated from a facsimile transmission terminal 17 and the selected reporting destination information is transmitted to a call incoming side telephone exchange system by a reporting destination information transmitter 13. Then, that information is received by a call incoming side reporting destination information receiver and after a facsimile telegraphic message is completely received, the call of information showing the arrival of the telegraphic message is automatically originated to the call incoming side. After a response signal is confirmed, the completion of reception is reported by the voices of voice responding devices 16 and 22. |
