METHOD OF SURFACE WIRING OF ELECTRONICS ARTICLES ON PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

FIELD: electronic and radioelectronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: wiring of electronics articles on printed circuit board by means of welding is accomplished by discharge of capacitors in continuous automatic condition. Electronics articles are successfully picked up from the accumulator, gripped and transferred to the zone of wiring, their position on printed circuit board is corrected, the component is fixed by welding of two diagonally opposed leads; subsequent welding of the rest leads is conducted by a twinned electrode; in the process of welding continuous nondestructive quality control of connection of each electronics component to printed circuit board is being carried out according to radiation flux from the welding zone, correction of welding conditions is accomplished in accordance with indications of the nondestructive control system. EFFECT: reduced time of wiring process and enhanced quality of connections of components to printed circuit board, enhanced ecological purity of wiring process.
