FIELD: leather industry, staining-greasing processes. SUBSTANCE: method involves the additional tanning semifinished product with chrome tanning agent, neutralization, staining, greasing and additional tanning with synthetic tanning agents. After additional tanning with chrome tanning agent semifinished product is treated additionally with chrome-containing protein hydrolyzate at amount 4.5-5.5% of semifinished product mass. After neutralization in the same bath semifinished product is treated with greasing emulsion in the presence of acrylic copolymer at their consumption by 2.5-3.5% of semifinished product mass (as measured for 100% fat and dry residue). After additional tanning with synthetic tanning agents treatment with chrome tanning agent is carried out additionally. Method can be used for elastic leather production from the cattle raw for shoe top making. EFFECT: improved leather property. |
