SUBSTANCE: method for preparing and tensioning reinforcing bars includes cutting according to reference length, making temporal end anchors, electric heating of bars, laying them into supports of concrete forms or trays. Spacing between temporal end anchors (without regard to washers strain and upset of heads, pliability of concrete forms and additional elongation for free wall laying) is determined according to a formula presented in the description. EFFECT: high efficiency. |
