PURPOSE:To prevent cause of vold in a molded piece and cause of deficient thickness and burr by discharging gas to be produced at a stage that foaming pressure is low, arranging a surface skin material along a molding face closely at a stage that the foaming pressure is high, and raising a folded part so as to seal a matching face. CONSTITUTION:A surface skin material 3 is set in a cavity 13 of a forming mold 9. A resin foaming raw material R is injected into the cavity 13. A surface skin material end 3a is fixed by a mold mating face 23 at the outside of the cavity and a pressure member 21. In this state, the resin foaming raw material R is foamed and gas to be produced is discharged from mold matching faces 19, 23 to the outside of the mold 9 at a stage that foaming pressure is low. At a stage that the foaming pressure becomes high, the surface skin material 3 is pulled into the cavity 13 by the foaming pressure, so that the surface skin material 3 is arranged along a molding face 13a of the cavity 13 so as to eliminate a clearance C, a folded part 3b is raised at the rear face of the surface skin material, and the mold mating faces 19, 23 are sealed in a manner that the resin foaming raw material R does not leak out of the mold 9. |
