<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering vessel that can obtain products with uniform electrical characteristics, without lowering productivity during the sintering process. SOLUTION: A plurality of bottom surface exhaust vents 2a are provided on the bottom surface of a sintering vessel 1, and a plurality of side surface exhaust vents 2b are provided on the side surfaces of the sintering body 1 for emitting exhaust gases when a capacitor element is sintered. The bottom surface exhaust vents 2a are formed by opening a plurality of holes in the bottom surface, and the side surface exhaust vents 2b are formed as spaces between legs 3 which raise the bottom.</p> |
