PURPOSE: A process of recycling wastes into resources is provided, which does not cause pollution and removes the need of a chimney. The process has the effects of improving the economical efficiency by making resources of the wastes and of preserving both the resources and environment. CONSTITUTION: As a first melting-low temperature cracking furnace (2) step, all the organic materials of wastes are partially fired-cracked-cooled and then discharged through top of the furnace as a first low temperature cracked gas, and all the inorganic materials are melted and discharged in the state of high temperature through the bottom of the furnace and then washed. As a step of purifying harmful gas and recycling the resultant waste water, the a trace of harmful material which remains in the first low temperature cracked gas is adsorption-purified and the resultant waste water is recycled. As a second catalytic (high temperature) combustion-cracking furnace (6) step, the cracked gas of ambient temperature from the step of purifying harmful gas and recycling the resultant waste water is catalytic (high temperature)-fired or cracked in the presence of combustion and a reforming catalyst to produce carbon dioxide gas or synthesized gas. As a recycling step of the produced gas, the gas from the second catalytic (high temperature) combustion-cracking furnace (6) step is recycled as a source to produce various second products. |
