Life vest launching equipment, and projectile containing said life vest

The equipment includes a manually transportable supporting body (1) wherein a tube (3) is hingely mounted in order to launch a projectile (21) which contains a life vest (25) to help a person who is in drowning danger. The assembly is completed with reels of cables which are linked to the projectile (21) in order to rescue the person in danger and who has gripped the life vest. The projectile is comprised of a body provided with holes and is provided at its rear part with a lid (26) and a piston (27) having deployable fins (28), including also a chamber (30) with a cartridge (31) for impulsing the projectile; the projectile is linked to cables (36) which in turn are linked to a hauling cable (40) for the recuperation of the projectile.
