PURPOSE: To provide a service providing system and method which calculate a charge in real time and control the offer and stop of the service on the basis of the charge settlement. CONSTITUTION: An access device 100 receives the charge for the service provided by a service providing device 300 by using a charge prepaid card 500 before the service providing device 300 is connected, and a service management node 200 controls the offer or stop of the service according to whether or not the charge is settled by using the charge prepaid card 500.
