According to the invention, burden drum feeder has metering shutter provided with autonomous electric drive. Drive shafts of drum of burden feeder and weight-measuring tape transporter are tightly connected with output shaft of regulator. Regulator is fastened to wall of scale. Input shaft of redactor is made for tight coupling with drive forming shaft of profile-bend working stand. Drive shaft of weight-measuring tape transporter is provided with revolution counter. ^ EFFECT: simplified design; improved reliability; improved precision. ^ 5 dwg
