PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-button switch capable of making the movement of a press-operated operating body smooth. SOLUTION: The push-button device is provided with an operating body 7 operating a switching element 13 press-operated together with the push button 1, and a support body 3 for the operating body inserted into and supporting the operating body 7 in free direct movement. A guide groove 5 extended along the direct movement direction of the operating body 7 is formed at an inner side face, and plurality of, for example, two guide protrusions 9 inserted into the guide groove 5 in free sliding movement in a linear movement direction are formed intermittently along the linear movement direction, at the outside face of the operating body 7. By this, the distortion of the guide protrusion 9 is made smaller in the case that the guide protrusion 9 is molded by using a metal mold. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
