PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspicious visitor handling system dispensing with response to suspicious visitors by consigning the response to an unwanted visitor for a dweller to a security company or the like. SOLUTION: This system comprises a dwelling house entrance machine 1 set out of the entrance of each dwelling house of an apartment house, and a dwelling house machine 6 connected to each entrance machine and set within each dwelling house. The entrance machine comprises a camera 2 taking an image of a visitor, a speaker 4 and a microphone 5. The dwelling house machine comprises an interphone circuit 8 connected to the entrance machine, a speaker 9, a microphone 10, a monitor 11 projecting the taken image of the visitor, an image/voice database 12 storing the taken image or recorded voice of the visitor and registering images of suspicious persons accumulated in the past; an image/voice reproduction means 13 reproducing the image or voice of the visitor, and a security company reporting means 14 to be connected to the security company 16, in a case that the response to a visitor is consigned to the security company 16, to transfer and report it.
