FIELD: medical equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: surgical apparatus for stitching tissues has crossing branches connected by hinges provided with rings for fingers, working grips mounted onto any branch for in-turn controlled motion, and straight needle provided with opening for thread. Any grip has through profiled groove; needle is mounted for move into groove; needle has two sharpened working ends and two symmetrical oriented recesses. Profiled groove is made in grip and branch In perpendicular to groove; axis is shifted. Regulator is mounted into groove. Regulator engages recess of needle and it is cinematically connected with rocking-arm by means of crawlers. Rocking-arm is made in form of two-armed lever with two arcs, which interacts with link in turn. Link is made in form of rod. It is inserted into spring and hinges with cam connect it.
