摘要 A ceramic lining steel pipe manufacturing device and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to produce a metal-ceramic composite steel pipe at low cost with the simple device by forming a metal layer on an inner wall of a steel pipe and a ceramic layer along the inside of the pipe due to difference of specific gravity generated by centrifugal force generated in rotating metal and ceramic components. In a high-speed centrifugal thermit reactor, the ceramic lining steel pipe manufacturing device is composed of a steel pipe(6) to be lined, installed in a rotary cylinder(3) by a fixing tool(4) mounted on the rotary cylinder, wherein the thermit mixture is poured into the steel pipe and both ends of the steel pipe are sealed by caps(7), and an ignition wire(5) installed at one inner end of the steel pipe to initially ignite the thermit mixture. The fixing tools are installed at the intervals of 120°. A tungsten wire is used as the ignition wire.
