FIELD: metal pressure forming, namely production of bent rolled shapes. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of successive bending up of members of a strip blank with formation of roundings in places of bending by rolls, mounted with a gap S, in rough, prefinal and final passes in such a way, that upon the rough passes edge members of the strip are being subjected simultaneously with bending up operation to jamming until achievement of the gap, consisting (0.94-0.96).S with provision of rounding radius values, equal to (0.6-0.7). S. EFFECT: enhanced geometry of box-like closed shapes without cracking at their formation. |
